Manage the software engineering team across both people and technology dimensions to drive platform development toward business goals. Focus on maintaining robust, secure, and scalable system architectures while collaborating with management to translate business vision into high-quality technical execution plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Roadmap: Define software architecture standards aligned with business strategy to build sustainable competitive advantages.
- Project Delivery: Govern the team’s operating rhythm to ensure on-time delivery while managing the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for maximum efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and enhance the capabilities of the engineering team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Risk & Compliance: Oversee development processes to comply with ISO 29110, ISO 27001, and PDPA regulations to mitigate organizational risk.
- Executive Communication: Synthesize complex technical data into strategic insights to support executive decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in designing distributed systems, microservices, and high-performance architectures.
- Knowledge of Core Banking, Payment Gateways, or ISO 20022 standards.
- Proficiency in Go, Java (Spring Boot), or Node.js and Cloud Platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
